What's the process for booking a session?
Step 1 - Contact us to inquire about available dates and times for your session
Step 2 - We'll provide you with our best available options based off your inquiry!
Step 3 - After a date has been chosen, we'll email a link that will guide you through the contract, questionnaire, and retainer. Once those are completed, your booking is finalized and session is reserved!
When's the best time to have our session?
The first couple of days of your stay is a great time to have your session! Scheduling your session earlier in your stay gives more opportunity to reschedule in the event of inclement weather.
Time of day for sessions:
- All full length 60-mintute sessions are scheduled during golden hour starting 1 hour before sunset.
- Mini Sessions are scheduled in the late-afternoon to early evening, and are only available at select locations on select days of the week.
What should we wear to our session?
First things first - always be uniquely and authentically you! However, we understand guidance can be very helpful. Below is a link to our pointers on choosing a great outfit for your session.

HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE INCLUDED IN MY ONLINE GALLERY?
Your gallery is delivered in two phases, with your final main gallery delivering at least the number of edited images included in your package rate.
Phase 1 - Proof Gallery
Your proof gallery includes all usable photos from your session with basic color correction applied.
You'll create a list of images from this gallery to receive standard hand-editing and/or advanced editing. All edited images will be included in your final gallery.
Images in your proof gallery are not able to be downloaded. All proof images are watermarked and will be archived once your main gallery is delivered.
Phase 2 - Main Gallery
Only images that have received standard hand-editing and/or advanced editing are included in your final main gallery. Images included in the main gallery are not watermarked and are available to download in both high-resolution for printing and web-ready file sizes for online sharing. All edited images included in the main gallery come with a print release
The number of images included in your main gallery depends on the number of images selected to be edited. Each package already includes a set number of credits for standard hand-editing the images you choose to be added to your final gallery. You have the option to add more images for an additional editing fee.
WHAT'S THE TIMELINE FOR RECEIVING PHOTOS?
Proof Gallery - This gallery is delivered within five (5) business days of completing your session.
Image Selection
The timeline of this step is completely dependent on the time it takes for you to select your favorite images from the session.
Along with the proof gallery, you'll be prompted to create a favorite list of the images to receive standard hand-editing and be added to your final main gallery. We recommend having your images selected within one (1) week of receiving your proof gallery.
Main Gallery Delivery
Your main gallery is delivered within ten (10) business days after you've finished your image selection for your final gallery.
This timeline is only valid if you've completed your image selection within 30 days of your proof gallery being delivered. Though we strive to stay within our preferred delivery timeline, sometimes additional time is needed if your image selection is completed more than 30 days after your proof gallery is delivered.
Please note:
- The proof gallery is automatically archived once your main gallery is delivered.
- Any advanced edits are delivered according to the agreed-upon terms of delivery after the advanced edit request has been evaluated, approved, and invoiced.
What's The CANCELATION and weather Policy?
Cancellation refund schedule
- 30+ days notice prior to the scheduled session receive a full refund of any fees already paid including the retainer.
- More than 48 hours but less than a 30 day notice prior to the scheduled session receive a refund of any fees already paid minus the $200 retainer. (e.g. $200 retainer + $495 remainder paid will receive a $495 refund.)
- Less than a 48 hour notice prior to the scheduled session - no refund
Cancellations due to inclement weather or other acts of god will be rescheduled or refunded if another time cannot be agreed upon.
