What to wear for your Kiawah Island Photography session

What should we wear to our session?

First things first–always be uniquely and authentically you!

That being said, we understand a little guidance can be very helpful, especially when planning with multiple families during a beach session. Here are some great points you can use to inform your photoshoot styling choices!

1. Opt for Light and Breathable Fabrics: 

Since beach photography sessions are often held during warm weather, it's important to choose light and breathable fabrics that will keep you comfortable. Consider wearing cotton, linen, or lightweight chiffon materials that will allow air to flow freely and prevent you from feeling too hot or sweaty.

2. Embrace Whites/Neutrals and Accent with Color: 

Beaches are known for their vibrant colors, so why not incorporate that into your wardrobe? Opt for neutrals coupled with bright and pastel accents that will pop against the natural backdrop of the beach. Think of colors like turquoise, coral, or mint green to add a touch of playfulness and freshness to your photos.
